RETURNS And CANCELLATION POLICY

If you are for any reason dissatisfied with a physical item purchased through the Sure Life Global site you may request that it be collected by Sure Life Global; whereby Sure Life Global reserves the right to accept or deny the request based on the status of the products or further reasons but inline with consumer protection act..

If for any reason you would like to cancel an order for a physical item purchased may be done by visiting Your Orders on the www.surelifeglobal.com site or by contacting our Customer Services Centre as indicated in the back office support page on www.surelifeglobal.com. You will only be able to cancel orders up to 24h00 on the day prior to the date of delivery. Sure Life Global shall be entitled to debit your Payment Card or Payment Account for the delivery fees in respect of any late cancellations.

If you cancel your payment for any reason or if your Payment Card or Payment Account should cease to be valid for whatever reason, you will nevertheless be bound to pay to Sure Life Global the full purchase price, including all costs incurred by Sure Life Global relating to the recovery thereof.

You may cancel your membership at any time by giving Sure Life Global 30 days’ written notice of your cancellation. You can write to us or email us at the addresses provided on the website. For the avoidance of any doubt, any charges that may be due in the 30 days following the receipt of your cancellation request may be billed to you.

Without prejudice to any other rights or remedies in law, Sure Life Global shall be entitled to cancel forthwith any sale or Lead generated, and/or your registration if you should breach any of your obligations.

RISK AND OWNERSHIP

Risk in the physical product shall pass to you upon delivery at the delivery address or to the person accepting delivery on your behalf, if for instance you should not be available to take delivery at the delivery address. This does not apply to services.

Until payment is received in full for any goods sold, ownership of the products shall remain with Sure Life Global and such products shall be returned and/or surrendered to Sure Life Global following receipt of a default notice from Sure Life Global.
